How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days but may vary depending on your location such as in rural areas.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my shipment?

No packages will be left in community mailboxes, residential mailboxes, or on doorsteps. If you are not home during delivery, a notice card will be left for you to visit the delivery agent. 

Do I need to create an account to place an online order?

No, you may order and check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view order status and store delivery and payment information making your online shopping experience more efficient.

How will I know when my order is confirmed?

You will receive an electronic order confirmation to the email address you provided when you complete the checkout process. You will also be notified via email when your order has shipped.

Can I request a refund?

Are my online orders packed discreetly?

All online orders are shipped in opaque shipping envelopes and carefully packed to ensure the package does not emit the smell of cannabis. If this happens, the package will be automatically returned to us
